Open a ticket and chat with us from inside SocialArt.ai, signed in or not.
Opening a ticket
- Open the help menu (the ? icon in the header) and choose Contact, or go to https://socialart.ai/contact.
- Click New ticket, give it a subject and describe your question. One topic per ticket keeps the conversation easy to follow.
- The ticket opens as a chat. Add anything you forgot as a new message; you do not need a new ticket for that.
Replies and notifications
- We answer in the same ticket. You see the reply on the ticket page, and the bell in the header shows a badge for it.
- In the bell, a support reply carries a headset icon; opening a notification takes you to the ticket and removes it from the list.
- By default you also get an email and, if you turned them on, a push notification on your devices. Change this per topic on https://socialart.ai/settings/notifications under What to notify me about; the bell is always on.
- After sending a message, SocialArt.ai may offer to turn on push notifications so you see the answer right away. See Getting started for how push notifications work per device.
Ticket status
- Awaiting reply: your message is the latest one and we have not answered yet.
- Answered: we replied; you can keep the conversation going.
- Closed: we closed the ticket. Sending a new message reopens it.
Your tickets stay listed on https://socialart.ai/contact, newest activity first, with a badge for replies you have not opened yet.
Not signed in?
You do not need an account to contact us.
- Open the help menu (the ? icon in the header) and choose Contact, or click the Contact support button in the bottom right corner of the homepage and other public pages.
- Fill in the form: your e-mail address is required so we can reply, and your name is optional.
- After sending, we e-mail you a confirmation with a link to your ticket. The link stays valid for 30 days.
- When we reply, you get an e-mail that a reply is waiting, with the link to your ticket again. The answer itself is only shown on the ticket page, never in the e-mail.
- Open the link any time to read the reply and keep the conversation going; new messages work the same as a signed-in ticket.
- The ticket page can also turn on browser notifications for that one ticket (the Turn on notifications card). You always get replies by e-mail regardless.
- If a link expired, open it anyway: it offers to e-mail you a new one.
- To keep the form usable for everyone, guests can send a few new tickets per day. If you hit the limit, try again the next day or e-mail [email protected] directly.
- If you sign in later with the same e-mail address, any guest tickets you opened join your account automatically and then show up on https://socialart.ai/contact.
