• The image does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights

Consent Requirements for Images of Others: It is strictly prohibited to upload images of other individuals to create, modify, or generate adult, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, or intimate content without their explicit, informed, and documented consent. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating deepfakes or manipulated images of a sexual nature
• Removing clothing or adding nudity to images of real people
• Generating intimate or compromising imagery of identifiable individuals
• Any modification that sexualizes or depicts someone in an adult context without their knowledge and consent

Violation of these consent requirements may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities. You acknowledge that creating non-consensual intimate imagery may constitute a criminal offense in many jurisdictions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.

Generated Content: You own the images generated by our AI, subject to these terms and applicable law. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and rights of third parties.

Immediate Termination for Prohibited Content: Any attempt to create, generate, or manipulate sexual content involving minors will result in immediate account termination without prior notice. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content and will report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

No Refunds for Violations: In cases of account termination due to violations of these terms, particularly those involving prohibited content or minors:

• All active subscriptions will be immediately cancelled
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time or remaining credits
• All account benefits and services will be permanently revoked
• You will not be eligible to create a new account on our platform
