## Getting started

- **Do I need to write prompts?** No. Ask the Prompt Agent to write one, or use Influencer Remix, which needs no prompt (adding one to steer the scene is optional).
- **How do I sign in?** With a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google or Facebook. There is no password.
- **I did not receive my login code.** Check spam and the spelling of your email address, then request a new code. Or continue with Google or Facebook.

## Credits and billing

- **How much does an image cost?** It depends on the model, resolution and quality. The studio shows the exact cost next to the generate button before you start; see https://socialart.ai/llms/image-studio.txt for what each model offers.
- **How much does a video cost?** Per second, by model, resolution, quality and audio. The studio shows the exact total before you generate; see https://socialart.ai/llms/video-studio.txt for what each model offers.
- **My generation failed. Do I lose credits?** Usually not: failed generations are refunded automatically. The one exception is Influencer Remix, which may keep a small part of the credits for its AI preprocessing.
- **Do unused credits roll over?** Subscription credits reset every billing cycle. Top-up credits stay for 12 months.
- **What happens when I cancel?** You keep access until the end of the paid period; then subscription credits are removed. Top-up credits remain.
- **Can I change plans mid-month?** Yes. The new plan starts immediately with fresh credits and the old one is cancelled.
- **Can I buy credits without a subscription?** No. Credit packs require an active subscription.
- **Where are my invoices?** In the Stripe billing portal, reachable from Settings → Subscription.

## Studio

- **Which model should I start with?** Images: Nano Banana 2 for speed and value, Nano Banana Pro or Seedream 5.0 Pro for top quality, GPT Image 2 for precise edits. Video: Seedance 2.5 or Kling 3.0 for cinematic results with audio, PixVerse v6 for cheap tests.
- **How do I keep the same person across images and videos?** Save them as a character (https://socialart.ai/llms/characters.txt) and select it as a reference.
- **Can the video have sound?** Yes. Most video models generate audio natively; turn on the audio toggle. Kling 3.0 and Kling v2.6 Pro can also speak with a cloned voice.
- **Can I create NSFW content?** Yes, for adult creators on the models labelled NSFW-capable in the model picker, within the Terms of Service. You can blur mature previews in Appearance settings.
- **Is my content private?** Generations are private by default. You can mark individual images and videos public.
- **Can I upscale an image?** There is no upscaler; choose a higher resolution when generating instead. Most models offer 2K, and Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2 go up to 4K.
- **How long does a generation take?** Images usually finish within a minute; video takes several minutes depending on the model, length and resolution. You can keep working while it runs.

## Social Post

- **Why can't I connect my Instagram account?** Social Post requires an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). Switch your account type in the Instagram app and try again.
- **My post failed on one account.** Open the post and retry that account; the other accounts are unaffected.

## Account

- **How do I delete my account?** Settings → Profile → Delete account. This removes your content and cancels active subscriptions and cannot be undone.
- **Is there an API?** Not at the moment.
- **How do I reach support?** Email info@socialart.ai or message @socialart.ai on Instagram.
