# AI Influencer Marketplace

## What it is

The marketplace sells finished AI influencers: fictional people our team created, each with a name, age, city, heritage, bio, personality and hobbies, a full photo set in 4K and a ready-made Character. Every influencer is created once and sold exactly once; after the purchase it leaves the marketplace and nobody else can buy it. Open it from **Marketplace** in the menu or at https://socialart.ai/marketplace.

## The drop

- **Browsing is public.** The drop lists every influencer still for sale with a preview photo, the number of photos, a Video badge when a preview clip exists, the niches (such as Fitness or Travel), name, age, city and hobbies. Hover a card to play the preview clip.
- **Filters.** Everyone / Women / Men (shown once both are on sale) and a filter per niche.
- **Profiles need a free account.** Opening a profile asks you to sign in; a free account is enough, no subscription is needed to browse or buy.
- **Previews are protected.** The marketplace shows watermarked previews with the eyes or the face covered; right-click and drag are disabled. The clean 4K originals are only delivered after a purchase.
- **Sold influencers** may be listed in a separate "sold" section; their profile shows Sold and has no Buy button.

## A profile

- A carousel with the preview clip and a few preview photos, locked tiles for the remaining photos, the persona (bio, personality, hobbies) and the one-time price.
- **What you get**, listed on every profile: all photos in 4K and the video to download, a Character with four reference photos, and a number of bonus credits. An influencer without a price yet shows *Available soon*.
- The small print links to the Terms of Service and notes that the photos and Character were tested with Google's Nano Banana 2.1; other model providers apply their own content rules to the photos.

## Buying

- **Buy** opens a secure Stripe checkout for a one-time payment. There is no subscription involved.
- The influencer is taken off the marketplace the moment Stripe confirms the payment. If two people pay for the same influencer within seconds, the second payment is refunded in full automatically.
- Cancelling on the Stripe page brings you back to the profile; nothing is charged and the influencer stays for sale.
- Delivery takes about a minute. You see "Confirming your payment" and then the influencer's page; a notification (bell and email) confirms when everything is in your account.

## After the purchase

- **My AI influencers** (https://socialart.ai/my-influencers, also under Image in the menu once you own one) lists what you bought. Each page shows the persona, the video with a download button, every photo at full size with its own Download button, and an *Open Character* button.
- **Studio history.** The photos also appear in your Image Studio history (and the video in your Video Studio history) with a short description of the scene as their prompt, so you can reuse them as references or animate them in the Video Studio. They carry the SocialArt logo and the influencer's name, marked *Bought in the Marketplace*, and the model filter of the history has a *Marketplace* option to show only them.
- **Character.** The delivered Character is kept exactly as delivered: it cannot be changed or deleted, its reference photos can be downloaded at any time, and you can build your own Character from them. Select it in the Image Studio or Influencer Remix to create new photos of the same person; see https://socialart.ai/llms/characters.txt.
- **Bonus credits** are added to your top-up balance and, like credit packs, are valid for 12 months (https://socialart.ai/llms/credits-and-pricing.txt).

## Rights and rules

- A sale is final: digital content is delivered immediately, there is no cooling-off period and no refund, except the automatic refund when the influencer was sold to someone else before your payment was processed.
- You receive an exclusive, perpetual right to use the delivered photos, video and Character for your own content; we never sell or license the same influencer to anyone else.
- The influencers are fictional AI-generated persons. Do not present them as real people, follow the platform rules of the networks you post on (Instagram asks accounts that feature an AI-generated person to use its AI-generated profile label), and the Acceptable Use rules of the Terms apply to everything you create with them. ## FAQ

- **Can I see the photos before I buy?** You see the watermarked previews and the count of locked photos. The clean 4K originals are delivered after the purchase.
- **Do I need a subscription?** No. A free account lets you browse, buy and, with the bonus credits, start creating right away. A subscription only adds a monthly credit allowance and subscriber-only features such as creating new Characters.
- **Can I buy more than one?** Yes. Every purchase is a separate one-time payment, and each influencer appears on My AI influencers.
- **The influencer I wanted is gone.** It was sold. Every influencer exists exactly once; new ones are added in later drops.
- **Can I change the delivered Character?** No, it stays as delivered. Download its original photos and create your own Character from them if you want a different set of references.
